It seems surreal that the footings for our new tasting room have been poured.
Needless to say, my chocolate labrador Nell is thrilled at the prospect of more attention (read: treats) from the builders. Things will be fairly quiet for a few weeks as Jeff from J&M Construction works to wrap up some residential work by Christmas, but they will kick into gear in the New Year.
I’m looking towards an August 2025 opening, but will keep you updated as things progress.
