Tasting Room

A lot of people took up sourdough baking over the COVID hiatus; I started planning a small cellar door. It's been quite the project, and we've had to fit in progress around a new vineyard shed and planting an additional 2ha vineyard block so I'm thrilled that we started building this space in October 2024, with the intention of opening in October 2025. A few things to note about how it will operate:

  • As we have space for just 12 people around a communal table, it will be bookings only
  • We will probably run three tutored tastings per day which will take between an hour to an hour and a half
  • We are planning on being open Friday-Monday (inclusive), at least to begin with
