Tasting Room
A lot of people took up sourdough baking over the COVID hiatus; I started planning a small cellar door. It's been quite the project, and we've had to fit in progress around a new vineyard shed and planting an additional 2ha vineyard block so I'm thrilled that we will hopefully start building this appointment-only space in October 2024, with the intention of opening in August 2025.
