Aromatic and spicy on the nose, with plenty of roasted blueberries and dried cherries, as well as some lifted violet floral notes. Chinese five spice and Sichuan pepper follows through on the palate which features fine feathery tannins in combination with plenty of generous fruit, finishing with trademark Tasmanian bright freshness.

Very pale yellow in colour, the nose shows plenty of citrus bergamot and yuzu notes with the trademark Tea Tree apple skin character also evident. On the palate there is plenty of lemon sherbet and lime zest combined with greengage plum juiciness. The acid on the palate is tangy and vibrant with a salivating, wet stone, refreshing finish.

This unusual blend mirrors the famous Alsatian ‘Gentil’ styles marrying the body of Pinot Gris, the exuberance of Pinot Blanc with the spicy aromatics of Gewürztraminer and the finesse of Riesling. Pale yellow in colour, the nose shows plenty of exotic notes: honeysuckle, orange blossom and dried orange skin. Textural and generous on the palate with a roundness and mouthcoating quality, pear tarte tatin and lemon curd frame the long finish.

An exuberant nose of red cherry, pomegranate, violets, sarsaparilla, and thyme. The lifted pretty aromatics give way to similar vibrant spice on the palate. There is plenty of lush generous fruit alongside juicy red cherries, supported by clove, nutmeg and five spice. Soft velvet like tannins work with the bright acid to contribute to a sustained length of flavour.
