Very pale yellow in colour with green hints. The nose is a combination of wild fennel seed and bay leaf spice overlaying with some white blossom waxiness.
On the palate the acid is integrated with the custard apple generosity, coherent and seamless with no hard edges, rather soft and sherbetty, finishing with fruit intensity and concentration.
Minimum order 6 bottles; straight or mixed.
