I’ve participated in the Southern Tasmanian Open Vineyards weekend previously, but this year marks the first year I get to host it at my Palisander vineyard (or the tasting room).
The upcoming Southern Tasmanian Open Vineyards weekend, from the 27th February to the 1st March, is a self-guided trail with exclusive access to vineyards not normally open to the public. It is a rare opportunity for us to welcome you behind the scenes and share the latest from our corner of the Coal River Valley.
For this weekend, we are offering two distinct ways to experience Stargazer. You can book to secure a seat for an intimate, guided tasting around our bespoke table for twelve in the brand-new tasting room, or join us for a more relaxed afternoon on the lawn. If you choose the latter, you can enjoy a glass of wine with a bite to eat whilst soaking in the views over the Palisander vineyard.
