A balance of spiced red fruit and earthy elements lift from the glass - saline cherry and liquorice play off sage flower and chamomile notes. The svelte yet crunchy palate gives way to waxy fruit on the palate driven by a line of natural acidity framed by rounded tannins.

50/44/6% pinot meunier/pinot noir/gamay; around 16% whole bunch and 6 months in old French oak puncheons. Bright ruby with notes of red fruits, dried cranberry, rosehip tea, dried citrus rind, spice, glacé cherries, distant struck flint, and dried wildflowers. I really like the whiffy wildness of the carbonic gamay in the mix here. Spacious and fruit-pure on the palate with a curtain of gentle, powdery tannin and some nice sour cherry vibes on the fade out.
