At Stargazer, we view our Palisander Vineyard as more than merely rows of vines and the home to our tasting room; it is a living, interconnected ecosystem which provides the home to our vines but also so much more. We realise that exceptional wines are inextricably linked to the health of the land, which is why our approach to viticulture is rooted in stewardship, resilience, and respect for natural cycles.
Guy and I are dedicated to fostering a self-sustaining farm that gives back to the soil just as much as it takes. Over the coming weeks, we will be sharing a closer look at the sustainability practices we are implementing across the property.
