Our Open Vineyards collaboration earlier in the year with chef Sam Bray from Sonny Hobart brought such a vibrant energy to the space that one weekend simply was not enough. To capture that same relaxed intimacy, we are inviting Sam back for two very special Sunday afternoons this winter and spring.
On 9 August and 13 September, we are setting aside our usual guided tastings in the afternoon to turn the tasting room into a collaborative tasting room takeover. We will be hosting two dedicated sittings each day, where you can settle in with good company and enjoy a beautifully curated menu of snacks from Sam—all designed to be enjoyed alongside a glass, or a shared bottle, of your favourite Stargazer wines.
Dates: Sunday, 9 August & Sunday, 6 September
Sittings: 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM
The Food: A seasonal snack menu curated by Sam Bray
The Wine: Stargazer wines poured by the glass and by the bottle.
Good to Know: Our standard guided wine tastings will be paused after midday on these Sundays to accommodate these sit-down events.
