The heart of our new tasting room has found its true anchor in our magnificent communal table, a bespoke creation by Lachy Taylor at Summa Studio. It is a piece that feels as though it was always meant to be here, grounding the room with a quiet, solid presence.
In a deliberate nod to our local surroundings, the table was milled from the very same North West Tasmanian Macrocarpa as our interior and exterior panelling. There is something incredibly special about the furniture and the building itself, sharing the same DNA. It creates a seamless, grounded sense of place that echoes the landscape outside.
It was always my hope to create a central space dedicated to storytelling and shared glasses, and Lachy’s thoughtful craftsmanship has brought that vision to life as a beautiful, tactile reality. We truly can’t wait for you to pull up a chair and join us for a tasting soon.
