I’m finally trading the cool Tassie breezes for the Noosa sun! I’m so excited to be heading up to Humble on Duke on Friday, February 6th, to host a dinner and share some of my Stargazer wines with you. I’ll be there in person to chat about the stories behind the labels and, more importantly, to enjoy some great food and company.
It’s always a bit of a whirlwind when the wines make it into James Halliday’s Top 100 or pick up national awards. While I know it can be a bit of a scramble to find a bottle before they sell out each year, I’ve made sure we have some of our best pours tucked away specifically for this event.
We’ll be tasting our way through the crisp Riesling and my Tupelo blend before moving on to the Chardonnay—which is a non-negotiable—and the Pinot Noir. To top it all off, I might even bring along a sneaky Shiraz for us to enjoy.
