When we say Stargazer is a genuine, small-batch operation, we really aren't kidding. I recently discovered the hard way just how true that is. I was looking through our museum reserves last week to pull some back-vintages for an upcoming tasting, only to realise we have completely depleted our stocks of the 2020 and 2021 Palisander Riesling.
So, I am coming to you cap in hand. If anyone has a few bottles or even a case of the 2020 or 2021 Palisander Riesling sitting in their cellar and would be willing to part with it, I would love to buy it back from you.
