As we move into Spring, we also move into the season of new releases. The first off the blocks this year is the 2025 Palisander Riesling. The 2025 vintage threw a few classic Tasmanian curveballs our way, but the fruit that came into the winery was nothing short of spectacular.
The 2025 Palisander Riesling, grown right here on our estate, is everything I love about this site. It has that signature bracing acidity and intense lemon-pith aromatics, balanced by a beautiful, chalky texture that rewards a bit of patience, if you can keep your hands off it. It is now available online, but as always, quantities are limited.
